Wow. What a week it’s been.

We got the call that we’ve made it as a Finalist to the EVA Women’s Awards in the Health & Wellness category.

What a moment!

Out of thousands nominated, we’re honoured to even be named in Awards alongside some wonderful businesses - and with many we know personally. Such as my friend, Laura Beckford from our favourite brand, Supernova Living.

We now have to present to a panel of judges - so fingers crossed!

This nomination is down to our incredible community - so we just wanted to say thank you.

We’ve many exciting plans for the future - all of which will be shared with you first - direct to your inbox.

I’ve just spent a few days in Ibiza and had a moment to write up my personal goals and ambitions for the future - which is a consistent theme that gets shared from our guest speakers at our monthly events. Having cleat goals and a path to realise that vision has helped many people create incredible success.

If you’re still with me - just take a few deep breaths and deeply consider - what does your heart truly desire?

What would you love to achieve this year, if anything was possible?

Now, write down 3 goals - make them very specific. Go Big!

One of our guest speakers from May, Sara (Founder of the Centre of Excellence) said that we all need to aim bigger. She has a giant wall sized whiteboard in her house and every week would write her goals - down the income she wanted to manifest.

I sit here writing this on a flight home from the Rose Quarts Island of Elvissa and just writing some thoughts together. I really do believe that we can attract anything with the right intentions, mentors and community by our side.

My purpose is to connect likeminded Women and help everyone to grow in all areas of life.

Feeling so ready for this empowering talk on how to level up our businesses! We’ve worked with Lauren for years at WILD & WILD and she’s super knowledgeable and can work through creative solutions for many of your business questions!

It’s at The Vicarage in Holmes Chapel - in the most incredible space with lunch included with extra Goody Bags from brand we use and love.

I share from the heat and it’s all made worthwhile when I hear so many women that they were able to apply the wisdom and produce results from our business events.
